Welcome!
Marsha M. Brown & Company officially opened our Hatteras Island
- Rodanthe office in October 2006! My husband and I transformed
our building (formerly a permanent residence) into a unique,
homey 'Outer Banker' style atmosphere that welcomes you with
open arms! Our clients say they fell like they're "coming home"
when they visit us and that's just the way we like it!
Our office isn't fancy..but one thing is for sure, we go out of
our way to show you that we appreciate your business and your
friendship. When you stop by, we have a tendency to spoil you!
We never forget the alternate choices that are available to you
and when you choose to do business with us, it MATTERS!
Having worked in Outer Banks real estate for over 20 years in
property management (including weekly, year round,
student/seasonal and commercial rentals) and in sales both for
Buyers and Sellers, we made a decision to establish our own
Company so that we could conduct business the very special way
in which WE wanted to. Our commitment to you is to provide the
SERVICE level that everyone is entitled to! Clients and guests
appreciate and deserve the same thing, sincerity, appreciation,
communication but mostly SERVICE. Our work ethics, history and
reputation is of integrity and high standards and our greatest
attributes include steadfast, loyal friendships we share with
the families whom we represent.
We know how to guide property owners toward a positive rental
history on their investment home and we shoot from the hip with
sound advice telling you not what you may want to hear but what
you need to hear to improve your chances to market your home for
rent or sale and what we feel is in your best interest! We've
set our goals high, but not too high because we know when you
treat people honestly and fairly and when you're consistent with
kindness and respect in how you deal with others, it goes a long
way!
